Refunds After Payment

Due to the immediate nature of our digital content, we offer limited refund periods based on subscription type:

• Monthly subscribers: You may request a refund within 3 days of the payment date.
• Lifetime subscribers: You may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
• All refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

All refund requests are subject to review and we may request additional information to verify the request.

Eligible Refund Conditions

• You were charged by mistake.
• You were billed twice for the same subscription.
• A technical issue from our side prevented you from accessing the platform.
• You couldn't access the content due to account-related issues.
• There's a quality issue with the educational content (specific details must be provided).

Non-Refundable Cases:

• If you have actively used the platform (e.g., watched more than 3 lessons or used "Baleegh" more than 10 times).
• If you did not cancel auto-renewal before the billing date.
• If you claimed the platform "didn't suit you" without a specific technical or educational issue.
• If you exceeded the allowed refund period (3 days for monthly, 7 days for lifetime).
• If fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of the platform is detected.
• If you violated the terms of use or community policy of the platform.

Subscription Cancellation & Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan.
• You may cancel auto-renewal anytime through your account dashboard.
• Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund of the current billing period, but prevents future charges.
